Skipping the goal
Starting work without a clear goal and a single metric makes results impossible to judge.
Krivi Digital designed the full digital system for one of Lucknow's fastest-growing technical coaching institutes: brand identity, multi-platform social presence, performance ads and an admission funnel.
Hindtech is one of Lucknow's fast-growing technical coaching institutes. Like most coaching brands, it competes for the same students in the same admission seasons, and it needs a steady flow of genuine enquiries rather than random clicks.
The institute had energy and a good reputation by word of mouth, but its digital presence was spread thin. There was no single system that took a student from first seeing the brand to booking a counselling call and finally taking admission.
Services: Social media, Meta lead ads, admission funnel
Audience, decision journey and goals.
Channels, content and funnel.
Content, creatives and pages.
Campaigns go live with tracking.
Review data, refine, repeat.
We began by understanding how students and parents actually decide: what they search, which platforms they trust and what makes them visit a centre. From that we designed one connected system instead of separate posts and ads.
The system had four layers: a clear brand identity, a content presence on the platforms where students spend time, performance advertising to generate leads and an admission funnel that followed up quickly and kept records.
Our approach followed widely used digital marketing practice. We deliberately do not publish the exact plan, because every institute needs its own, but the method is the one we teach in class.
Good marketing takes time to set up. Results followed the effort.
Brand identity, profile clean-up, tracking and the lead flow were prepared before spending on growth.
Content and lead campaigns started running continuously, with weekly checks.
Extra campaigns were added in peak seasons to capture demand.
Audiences, creatives and follow-up were improved from data.
Figures are from the Krivi Digital work portfolio 2025 to 2026. Individual results vary by brand and market.
Three principles behind the result.
Students and parents want to know what they will get. Simple, consistent messaging helped the institute stand out in a crowded category.
Leads go cold quickly. A disciplined follow-up routine improved how many enquiries turned into counselling calls.
Coaching demand is seasonal. Always-on activity combined with burst campaigns kept the pipeline healthy.
What you practise in class.
This case shows why we teach funnels before tools. A lead is only valuable if it is followed up and understood. In our Advanced programme you practise lead funnels, Meta lead ads and admission-season planning on live briefs.
If you work in or want to work for an education brand, see our industry-specific training.
Understand the business.
Build the strategy.
Create and launch.
Measure and improve.
What any team can apply.
The most common mistake in lead generation is celebrating volume. A lead matters only if someone follows up quickly, understands the person and helps them decide. In this project we paid attention to the whole path, from the first view to the first reply.
That is why we teach funnels, follow-up routines and lead qualification in class, not only how to run ads.
On every platform, creative drives results. The right hook, a clear promise and an easy next step lower the cost of each lead more than clever targeting can.
We test several creative ideas, keep what works and retire what tires out.
Impressions and likes are easy to count. Qualified enquiries and admissions are harder and more valuable. We agree on the numbers that matter before a campaign begins and report them in plain language.
You can learn these skills in our performance marketing course and practise on live briefs.
Straight answers.
It depends on the audience size, competition and goal. We usually start with a controlled test, learn what works and then scale. We do not recommend spending big before the basics are tested.
Set-up takes a few weeks. Meaningful patterns usually appear within the first couple of months. Strong results often follow as data and creative improve.
Not always. Many businesses can start in-house with the right training. That is why our programmes exist: to help you do this yourself or manage an agency well. Read more in Foundation.

Digital skills open more than one door.
Many learners start with one or two small clients while they study. A clear offer, a simple proposal and consistent reporting are enough to begin.
We show you how to price your time, set expectations and avoid scope creep, so freelancing stays sustainable.
Small businesses often need guidance more than they need a large team. If you understand Hindtech, Lucknow, you can help an owner choose where to start and what to measure.
Consulting builds on strong fundamentals and a record of results you can explain.

Learn them from us, not from your own budget.
Starting work without a clear goal and a single metric makes results impossible to judge.
Trying every channel in the first month spreads attention thin. Start with one and learn it well.
If tracking is wrong, every decision is a guess. Set it up first and test it.
Most channels need weeks of steady work before patterns appear. Patience plus review wins.
Mentors help you avoid these by reviewing your plan before you launch, and your results after.

Our 12-point checklist goes deeper. We are happy for you to compare us with anyone.
The same three-step loop our team uses for client work.
Every task starts with a short brief: who is the audience, what is the goal, what is the budget and how will we measure success. Learners practise writing this brief for Hindtech, Lucknow, because a clear brief prevents most wasted effort later.
We keep plans simple and honest. A good plan fits on one page, names one main metric and lists the first three actions.
Plans become real when they meet a live brief. Our learners work on projects from our agency, Krivi Digital, so deadlines, approvals and numbers behave the way they do at work.
Mentors review the output, not just the effort. You hear what worked, what did not and what to try next.
Marketing is a loop. After every project you review results, write down what you learned and change one thing. Over a few weeks this habit does more for your skill than any single lecture.
The review notes also go into your portfolio, where employers and clients can see how you think.
This is how every module on Hindtech, Lucknow is taught, whether you join online, offline or hybrid.
Four signs that a learner is ready for real projects.
Good work starts with a goal that a stranger could understand in one sentence. If the goal is "get more leads", the metric is cost per lead or number of qualified leads, not a vague feeling of progress.
Every choice, from audience to creative to budget, has a reason that is written down. Reasons make reviews easier and help you repeat what worked.
Pages load quickly, creatives are clear, tracking is set up and naming is consistent. Simple, tidy work is easier to scale than clever work that nobody can maintain.
Reports show results as they are, with what went well, what did not and what you will do next. Honest reporting builds the trust that keeps clients and employers.
Clear answers to what students and parents ask us most.
