Agency workflow

How a digital marketing agency works, and how you learn it

Instead of a long list of classes, the syllabus follows the six stages an agency uses to deliver results for a client.

Client onboarding

Understand the business, goals, budget and what success means.

01

Research and audit

Audience, competitors, keywords, current performance.

02

Strategy and plan

Channels, funnel, content pillars and timeline.

03

Creative and content

Pages, posts, reels, ads and landing pages.

04

Launch and optimise

Run campaigns, test, learn and improve every week.

05

Report and grow

Share clear results, learn from data, plan the next cycle.

06
Stage 1 and 2

Discover and plan: research and strategy modules

Great marketing starts before the first post or ad.

Digital marketing ecosystem

How channels, customers and data connect.

Customer psychology and funnels

What people want, fear and trust, and how funnels respond.

Audience and competitor research

Ethical research, search intent and market gaps.

Brand positioning

Value proposition, messaging and proof.

Content strategy

Pillars, calendars and distribution.

Channel planning and budgeting

Where to invest and how to measure return.

These modules teach you to think before you act. You learn how to turn a vague client request into a clear brief, a strategy and a plan that a team can follow.

Stage 3

Build: websites, SEO, AEO, GEO and content creation

Create the assets that win attention and trust.

Websites and landing pages

Structure, speed, messaging and conversion.

SEO, AEO and GEO

Rank on Google and in AI answers with entity, content and technical foundations.

Content creation with AI

Write, design and edit faster with AI, with human quality control.

Search is changing. People now ask AI assistants as often as they use Google. Our SEO module teaches traditional ranking skills along with answer engine optimisation and generative engine optimisation, so that the pages you build can be found everywhere. See our SEO, AEO and GEO course for more.

Stage 4

Launch: social media, paid ads, email and WhatsApp

Put your work in front of the right people.

Social media marketing

Platform strategy, reels, community and growth.

Paid advertising

Meta and Google Ads: structure, audiences, creatives and budgets.

Email and WhatsApp marketing

Follow-up, nurture and automation done responsibly.

Launch modules teach you to run campaigns with discipline: clear objectives, controlled tests and honest reading of results. See our performance marketing course and social media marketing course.

Stage 5 and 6

Measure and automate: analytics, AI, e-commerce and capstone

Prove results, then make the work scalable.

Analytics and CRO

GA4, dashboards, tracking and conversion improvement.

AI automation and agents

Workflows that save time on reporting, follow-up and content.

E-commerce marketing

Catalogues, marketplaces, product pages and promotions.

Capstone and portfolio

A complete plan and execution package for a brief.

Interview and career preparation

Portfolio presentation, mock interviews and job-readiness.

Freelancing and agency basics

Pricing, proposals and client communication.

Detailed outline

Understanding the digital marketing course syllabus

Why we organise learning by workflow.

Why workflow

Skills in context

Learning SEO, ads and social media as separate topics leaves a gap: how do they work together for a client? An agency workflow shows the order in which real work happens, and where each skill fits.

Why AI inside

AI in every stage

AI is not a separate module. It appears in research, content, reporting and automation. This is how professionals now work, and how you will learn.

Why proof

Projects over theory

Each stage ends with output: a research summary, a plan, a page, a campaign, a report. These outputs become your portfolio.

For parents and students

Questions about the syllabus we often hear

Straight answers.

Is it up to date?

Updated as the field changes

Search engines, ad platforms and AI tools change quickly. We update our curriculum so that you are not learning outdated methods. For news and updates, see our digital marketing news page.

Is it practical?

Yes, and honest

We do not claim that you will master everything in 30 or 50 classes. We aim to give you strong foundations, practice and the habit of learning.

Can I see a sample?

Yes

Book a counselling call and we will walk you through the outline, or attend a demo class. You can also download our notes PDF.

Progress

How we measure your progress

Clear checkpoints, so you always know where you stand.

WeeklyMentor feedback on your work
Every moduleEnds with a live task
CapstoneOne integrated campaign
Final reviewBefore you are certified

We check progress through small tasks, project reviews and a final capstone. For digital marketing course syllabus, that means you can show a campaign plan, a working setup and a short report, not only a certificate.

If you fall behind, we tell you early and help you catch up. If you are ahead, we give you harder briefs.

Avoid

Mistakes beginners make with digital marketing course syllabus

Learn them from us, not from your own budget.

Skipping the goal

Starting work without a clear goal and a single metric makes results impossible to judge.

Doing too much at once

Trying every channel in the first month spreads attention thin. Start with one and learn it well.

Ignoring tracking

If tracking is wrong, every decision is a guess. Set it up first and test it.

Quitting early

Most channels need weeks of steady work before patterns appear. Patience plus review wins.

Mentors help you avoid these by reviewing your plan before you launch, and your results after.

After the course

Support does not end with the last class

What you can still use once the programme is over.

01

Doubt support

Ask questions about your projects even after the course ends. Details are shared at counselling.

02

Portfolio review

Come back with a new project and get feedback.

03

Interview help

Practise with mentors before important interviews. See interview prep.

Parents and students

A short checklist before you decide

Use it for any institute, including ours.

Mentors

Ask who teaches and what they have built.

Syllabus

Ask to see what you will learn and how.

Projects

Ask for examples of live project briefs.

Fees

Ask for the total in writing, with no surprises.

Certificate

Ask how it can be verified.

Promises

Be careful with job or salary guarantees.

Our 12-point checklist goes deeper. We are happy for you to compare us with anyone.

Our method

How we teach digital marketing course syllabus: the agency method

The same three-step loop our team uses for client work.

Step 1

Plan before you act

Every task starts with a short brief: who is the audience, what is the goal, what is the budget and how will we measure success. Learners practise writing this brief for digital marketing course syllabus, because a clear brief prevents most wasted effort later.

We keep plans simple and honest. A good plan fits on one page, names one main metric and lists the first three actions.

Step 2

Practise on live work

Plans become real when they meet a live brief. Our learners work on projects from our agency, Krivi Digital, so deadlines, approvals and numbers behave the way they do at work.

Mentors review the output, not just the effort. You hear what worked, what did not and what to try next.

Step 3

Review and improve

Marketing is a loop. After every project you review results, write down what you learned and change one thing. Over a few weeks this habit does more for your skill than any single lecture.

The review notes also go into your portfolio, where employers and clients can see how you think.

This is how every module on digital marketing course syllabus is taught, whether you join online, offline or hybrid.

Quality bar

What good work on digital marketing course syllabus looks like

Four signs that a learner is ready for real projects.

A clear goal and a single metric

Good work starts with a goal that a stranger could understand in one sentence. If the goal is "get more leads", the metric is cost per lead or number of qualified leads, not a vague feeling of progress.

1

Evidence for each decision

Every choice, from audience to creative to budget, has a reason that is written down. Reasons make reviews easier and help you repeat what worked.

2

Clean, simple execution

Pages load quickly, creatives are clear, tracking is set up and naming is consistent. Simple, tidy work is easier to scale than clever work that nobody can maintain.

3

Honest reporting

Reports show results as they are, with what went well, what did not and what you will do next. Honest reporting builds the trust that keeps clients and employers.

4
Rhythm

A typical learning week with us

What a normal week looks like, whatever programme you join.

01

Live class

A focused session with demos, examples from client work and time for questions.

02

Guided practice

You apply the lesson to a small task the same day, while it is still fresh.

03

Doubt support

Questions are answered between classes, so small confusions do not become big gaps.

04

Project work

A live project moves forward a little each week, with a clear deliverable.

05

Review and notes

Mentors review your work, and you update your portfolio notes before the next class.

Learning about digital marketing course syllabus works best in a steady rhythm. We design the week so that effort is spread out, feedback is quick and you always know what to do next.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions about digital marketing course syllabus

Clear answers to what students and parents ask us most.

1

What is in the digital marketing course syllabus?

The syllabus covers six agency workflow stages: discover, plan, build, launch, measure and automate. It includes SEO, AEO, GEO, social media, paid ads, analytics, AI automation, e-commerce, a capstone and interview preparation.

2

Is the syllabus updated for AI?

Yes. AI is part of every module, and we update the curriculum as tools and platforms change.

3

How many modules are there?

The programmes cover 13 or more module areas, depending on the stage. Foundation gives an overview and Advanced goes deeper.

4

Do I get a class-wise syllabus?

Our team shares a detailed outline for your chosen programme during counselling.

5

What tools will I learn?

Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, WordPress, AI assistants, automation tools and more. See the tools list.

6

Is the syllabus the same online and offline?

Yes. The curriculum and projects are the same across modes.

7

Will you help me get a job?

Yes. We stay with you until you are placed. We guide your portfolio and interview preparation, share openings on our jobs page on priority and recommend you when roles match. We do this because we provide every step of the journey ourselves. Hiring is the company's decision, so we focus on making you ready and keeping you supported.

8

Is there a Krivi Digital Academy app?

Yes. The app is available for Android and brings live classes, recordings, notes and progress into one place. Your student ID works on both the app and the website. An iOS version is not available yet, and we will announce it when it is ready.

9

Is digital marketing a good career in 2026?

Yes, for people who build real skills. Every company needs customers, so marketing stays in demand, and AI is changing the tools rather than the need. Pay and growth depend on your skills, portfolio, city and experience, and no institute can promise a job or a salary.

10

What is the difference between Foundation and Advanced?

Foundation (30 classes, 2 months) gives you a clear overview of every channel with a mini project. Advanced (50 classes, 4 months) goes much deeper, with live projects in every module, a capstone, a job-ready test and mentor support after the course.

11

Do I need my own laptop?

A laptop or desktop makes practice easier, because you will use tools for analytics, ads and content. If you attend offline in Lucknow, we can discuss lab access at counselling.
